Dover Police Officer Charged With Child Porn Possession: Prosecutor

A Dover police officer was recently arrested and charged with possessing child pornography, authorities said.

Anthony Kelly, a Ledgewood resident was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, distributing child sexual abuse material and endangering the welfare of a child, possessing child sexual abuse material, a spokesperson for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said.

Dover Police Chief Jonathan Delaney did not respond to an e-mail request for comment.
